The Samhain Descent & the Rowan Tree: A Journey Inward

As autumn deepens and the days grow shorter, Samhain invites us to pause, honour the turning of the seasons and listen more closely to what lies beneath the surface of everyday life.
On Sunday 08 November, you are warmly invited to join the Celtic Breathwork Circle: The Samhain Descent & the Rowan Tree, an evening of breathwork and guided meditation inspired by the mystery of Samhain and the quiet wisdom of the natural world.
Together, we will journey inward, moving beyond the noise and busyness of daily life into a landscape of ancient trees, autumn leaves and glowing red Rowan berries. Here, there will be space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
The Rowan tree has long held a place in Celtic folklore as a symbol of protection and resilience. In our meditation, it becomes a companion for the inner journey: a reminder of the strength that can remain rooted within us, even as the world around us changes.
Through breathwork and guided imagery, you will be invited to explore what you may be ready to release, acknowledge the experiences that have shaped you, and make room for whatever is emerging in this new season. There is no need to force a breakthrough or arrive with a particular intention. You can simply meet the experience as it unfolds, at your own pace.
Samhain marks a threshold between what has been and what is yet to come. This gathering offers a gentle opportunity to honour that threshold, to welcome the stillness, tend to your inner light and carry a deeper sense of connection into the darker months.
Whether you are familiar with breathwork and seasonal ritual or simply curious to explore, you are welcome to join us.
