Hi, I’m Myles

I specialise in somatic therapy and breathwork as a structured, results-oriented approach to burnout recovery, stress regulation, and sustainable performance. My work is particularly suited to high-functioning adults—often those in leadership or high-responsibility roles—who are managing ongoing pressure, chronic stress, or burnout.

Before moving into this field, I spent over a decade in corporate management, working in senior roles where performance, accountability, and sustained output were the norm. This experience informs how I approach therapy today—practical, grounded, and focused on outcomes that translate into real-world improvement.

I hold a Professional Diploma in Shamanic Breathwork and am completing Level II Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork. My approach integrates nervous system science with body-based therapeutic techniques, supporting clients in regulating stress, improving clarity, and restoring long-term resilience.

Sessions take place in a fully insured and accredited clinical setting at Four Swans. I incorporate IMRO-licensed therapeutic sound alongside somatic techniques designed to support vagus nerve regulation and recovery from chronic stress.

My path into this work came through lived experience.

For many years, I operated in a cycle that will be familiar to a lot of people in demanding roles—continuous pressure, high expectations, and a constant drive to perform. On the surface, everything functioned. Underneath, the impact of chronic stress was building.

Eventually, that led to burnout.

Recognising the need for support was a turning point. The process of recovery challenged how I understood stress, performance, and what it actually takes to function well over the long term. It also showed me that insight alone isn’t enough—real change happens when the body and nervous system are addressed directly.

That experience now underpins my work. I focus on helping people move out of survival mode and into a more stable, energised, and sustainable way of operating—without losing their drive or sense of direction.

You aren't broken. Your nervous system is simply performing exactly as it was designed to under extreme conditions. Recovery is a tactical decision.

Stop managing your burnout. Start mastering your recovery.
