Somatic breathwork is a clinical approach that uses specific breathing patterns to access and release stress stored in the nervous system. Unlike talk therapy, which focuses on the mind, somatic work targets the physical imprints of burnout in the body.

How many sessions will I need?

While many men feel a shift after one session, a block of 4-6 sessions is typically recommended to facilitate a deep nervous system reset and develop long-term resilience.

Is this suitable for everyone?

Breathwork is a powerful intervention. We conduct a brief health screening prior to your first session to ensure the techniques are safe and appropriate for your specific physiological needs.

What should I expect during a session?

Sessions take place in a private, discreet clinical setting. You will be guided through breathing techniques while lying down. The process is professional, structured, and entirely focused on your recovery.

Do I need prior experience?

No experience is necessary. I will guide you through every step of the process. Most clients are high-performing professionals who are new to somatic therapy.

How can I pay for a session?

Payments are processed securely through Calendly using SumUp online payments. If you book directly by phone or email, you can pay via contactless payment on the day, a secure payment link, or bank transfer. Payment is required in advance for your first session only.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. One missed or late-cancelled session is allowed; after this, any further missed appointments will need to be paid for before another session can be booked.

Do you collaborate on media, podcasts, or interviews?

Yes, I’m open to contributing to podcasts, interviews, and media features where the focus aligns with my work. This can include topics such as burnout, stress, nervous system regulation, and somatic approaches to therapy.
