The Celtic Breathwork Circle
An evening of breath, body, intuition and connection.

The Celtic Breathwork Circle is a monthly gathering where we come together to slow down, breathe, reflect and reconnect.
Each circle is a little different, guided by the time of year, the Celtic Wheel of the Year, nature and whatever feels relevant to that particular moment.
What to expect
These are held, supportive spaces to step away from the noise of everyday life and turn your attention inwards.
We explore:
- Breathwork
- Meditation and stillness
- Body awareness
- Celtic mythology and seasonal traditions
- Our relationship with nature
- Intuition and inner reflection
There is no particular belief system you need to follow. You don't need to know anything about Celtic spirituality or have any previous experience with breathwork. Just come as you are.
A space to reconnect
The changing seasons can give us a natural opportunity to pause and take stock. To notice what we're carrying. What we're letting go of. What we're moving towards. And sometimes, simply to breathe.
The Circle is an opportunity to put down the demands of everyday life for a couple of hours and reconnect with yourself, your body, your breath and the world around you.

The Next Circle
Each gathering will have its own theme and seasonal focus. Sign up to my blog for monthly information on each session.
