My Corporate Background
Before moving into therapeutic and wellbeing work, I spent more than a decade in corporate management and senior leadership roles, working in high-pressure environments where performance, accountability, and sustained output were expected every day. That experience gave me direct insight into the realities of workplace stress, burnout, decision fatigue, and the long-term impact of operating in a constant state of pressure.
My work now bridges corporate experience with trauma-informed somatic breathwork, combining practical nervous system regulation tools with a grounded understanding of modern workplace demands. I hold a Professional Diploma in Shamanic Breathwork and Level II training in Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork, with a focus on stress regulation, resilience, and sustainable performance.
Today, I work with organisations, leadership teams, and professionals looking for practical, science-informed approaches to reducing stress, improving focus, and supporting long-term wellbeing in high-performance environments
The Cost of an Unregulated Workforce
Work-related stress is a primary driver of absenteeism, staff turnover, and decreased productivity in Irish businesses. Chronic stress leads to 'brain fog' and decision-making bottlenecks that impact your bottom line. My Corporate Resilience Program replaces generic wellness talks with biological tools to lower cortisol and restore employee focus in real-time.
The Clinical Edge: Recovery Through Regulation
I provide Trauma-Informed Somatic Strategies that go beyond surface-level advice. By targeting the Vagus Nerve, I teach your team how to manually "flip the switch" from high-alert survival mode to a focused, high-functioning state.
