Course Overview
This in‑person, 4‑week breathwork programme combines techniques from Pranayama, Wim Hof and somatic practices to support physical health and mental wellbeing. Participants learn how breathing habits affect stress, sleep and nervous system regulation. Each class includes education, guided practice, and time for relaxation and integration. No prior experience is required.
Weekly Focus
Week 1: Awareness of nasal breathing and diaphragmatic (belly) breathing, highlighting the impact of mouth vs. nose breathing on physical and mental health. Pranayama techniques.
Week 2: Slowing and lightening the breath to cultivate calm, reduce stress and support longevity. We also introduce hand mudras and learning to sense awareness from within the body.
Week 3: Controlled “active breathing” techniques to safely increase breathing intensity for physical and mental exertion. Energy centres and their meanings are also discussed.
Week 4: Integrating a simple, powerful daily breathwork practice that is easy to maintain. Participants are introduced to their nervous system and how to read and understand their inner body stress and emotional systems.
Benefits & Outcomes
Participants will learn to breathe more efficiently, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance sleep, balance energy and improve resilience. They gain practical tools to support nervous system regulation in daily life, whether for relaxation, mental clarity or physical activity. They learn how to better understand their thoughts, feelings, and emotions from a body out perspective and truly get in touch with their inner selves.

Open to adults of all ages and fitness levels. Suitable for both sedentary and highly active individuals, and adaptable to a range of health considerations (participants are advised to seek medical guidance where appropriate). It complements therapy, yoga, fitness training and other wellbeing practices.
