As the wheel of the year turns towards autumn, the invitation is to slow down, gather ourselves inwards and take stock of what we have harvested.
On Sunday 6 September, join me for an evening of Celtic shamanic breathwork, meditation and inner reflection, centred around self-love, gratitude and the art of coming home to yourself.
This is a space to pause from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your body, your breath, your heart and your inner world. Through conscious connected breathwork, guided meditation, grounding and mindful awareness, we will create an opportunity to soften, release and meet ourselves with greater compassion.
The focus is not on fixing yourself or becoming someone different. Instead, this journey invites you to witness the many parts of yourself with curiosity and kindness. Including the parts you may usually hide, judge or push away.
As we move through the seasonal threshold between Lughnasa and the Autumn Equinox, we will draw inspiration from the natural world. The nights are beginning to close in, the earth is turning towards stillness, and we too are invited to gather our energy, recognise what we have learned and appreciate what we carry within.
Whether you are familiar with breathwork meditation and mindfulness or are simply feeling called to explore something deeper, this evening offers a held space for self-compassion, grounding, relaxation and reflection.
Come as you are.
Allow yourself to breathe, soften and listen inwardly, deeply within yourself.
To offer gratitude to the person you have been, the person you are, and the person you are becoming.
A two-hour journey into breath, stillness, self-love and gratitude.
